Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you use our website, engage our services, or join a training programme.

These terms apply to eeshaanvi.com and to the services provided by Eeshaanvi Consultancy Private (OPC) Limited. By using the site or registering for a programme, you agree to them.

1. About these terms

"Eeshaanvi", "we" and "us" mean Eeshaanvi Consultancy Private (OPC) Limited (CIN U70200KA2025OPC197059, GSTIN 29AAICE5969R1ZF), registered at Block 5, Mantri Serenity, Off Kanakapura Rd, Bengaluru- 560062. "You" means anyone who uses our website or our services.

Where we have signed a separate agreement, proposal or statement of work with a client, that document takes precedence over these terms for anything it covers.

2. Using the website

The website is provided for general information about our services. Content on it may change without notice, and we do not promise it is complete, current or error-free. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation — for that, engage us or another suitable adviser.

3. Consulting and advisory services

Consulting and advisory work is defined in a written proposal, engagement letter or statement of work that sets out the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms for that engagement. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before we act on them.

Our work depends on the information, access and decisions you give us. If those are delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, timelines and outcomes may be affected. Cancellation and payment terms for consulting engagements are governed by the relevant agreement and are not covered by our Training Programmes refund policy.

4. Training programmes

4.1 Eligibility to register

Training programmes are open to individuals who meet the requirements stated for that programme — for example a minimum age of 18, and any prerequisites listed on the programme page. You must be able to enter into a contract under Indian law, or register with the consent of a parent or guardian where applicable. If a programme has limited seats, registration is confirmed only once payment is received and we confirm your place.

4.2 Accurate registration details

You must give accurate, current details at registration and keep them up to date. Joining links, schedules, materials and certificates are sent to the email address you provide, so an incorrect address may mean you miss the programme. Registration is personal to you and may not be transferred or shared unless we agree in writing.

4.3 Course materials and intellectual property

Slides, workbooks, exercises, case studies, recordings and any other material we provide remain our property (or that of the rightful owner). They are licensed to you for your own personal learning only. You may not:

  • record, screenshot in bulk, screen-capture or otherwise reproduce live sessions
  • share, upload, resell or redistribute materials, in whole or in part
  • use the materials to teach, train or coach others, or in any commercial setting
  • remove credits, logos or copyright notices

This licence ends if you breach these terms.

4.4 Conduct in live sessions

Live sessions are shared learning spaces. We expect you to:

  • join on time and stay for the full session
  • use your registered name so we can mark attendance
  • treat the trainer and other learners with respect
  • keep discussion relevant, and avoid disruptive, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful behaviour
  • not share the session link or admit anyone who is not registered
  • not record or broadcast the session

We may remove a learner from a session or a batch for serious or repeated breaches. Removal for misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.

4.5 Schedule changes

We may change trainers, session timings or the delivery platform where necessary, and will inform registered learners by email. If we announce a date change that you choose not to accept, or if we cancel a batch, the refund rules in our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.

4.6 Certificates

A completion certificate is issued only to learners who attend all sessions of the batch and submit the required case study. A certificate records participation and completion; it is not an accreditation, licence or guarantee of employment.

4.7 Refunds

Refunds for paid training programmes are governed entirely by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Fees, taxes and payment

Training fees are shown at registration as a single GST-inclusive amount. Consulting fees and taxes are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. Payments are collected through our payment gateway; we do not store card details. Your place in a programme is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

6. Intellectual property

The Eeshaanvi name, logo, website content, methodologies and training materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share website content for personal, non-commercial reference with attribution. Everything else requires our written permission.

7. Acceptable use and conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to: break the law; infringe anyone's rights; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts; scrape or copy the site systematically; impersonate anyone; or interfere with other users' use of our services.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Third-party tools and links

We use third-party services — including a payment gateway and video-conferencing platforms — to deliver parts of our services, and our site may link to other websites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. No guarantee of outcomes

We deliver our services with reasonable professional care and skill. We do not promise a specific business result, career outcome, job, salary, examination result or certification from using our website, attending a programme or engaging our services. Our services and website are otherwise provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

In plain language:

  • We are responsible for our own service — but not for indirect knock-on losses. That includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, or losses caused by a decision you took based on our services.
  • Where we are liable to you, our total liability for all claims arising from a service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that service — for a training programme, the fee you paid for that programme; for a consulting engagement, the amount stated in the relevant agreement, or the fees paid for that engagement if none is stated.
  • We are not responsible for problems outside our reasonable control — internet or power outages on your side, platform failures, device issues, natural events, strikes or government action.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Your responsibility to us

If we suffer a loss or claim because you breached these terms — for example by redistributing our course materials or using our services unlawfully — you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the website, a programme or a service if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails or is reversed, or if we are required to by law. Sections that should survive — intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply after termination.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from our services.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. The terms in force at the time you register for a programme apply to that programme.
