Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and look after your personal data — written in plain English.

This policy explains what personal data Eeshaanvi Consultancy collects, why we collect it, who else handles it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who we are

Eeshaanvi Consultancy Private (OPC) Limited ("Eeshaanvi", "we", "us") provides IT consulting, advisory and training services to organisations and to individual learners.

  • Registered office: Block 5, Mantri Serenity, Off Kanakapura Rd, Bengaluru - 560062

This policy applies to eeshaanvi.com and to the personal data we handle while delivering our services.

2. What we collect and why

Website enquiries

When you use a contact or enquiry form, or email us, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, organisation and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it.

Consulting and advisory clients

When we work with an organisation, we handle the business contact details of the people we deal with, plus any documents, notes and communications needed to run the engagement. We use this to deliver the work, manage the relationship, raise invoices and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Where a client shares personal data belonging to its own staff or customers with us, we handle it only on that client's instructions and under whatever agreement is in place with them.

Training programme registrations

Covered separately in section 3, because it is the area where we collect the most information from individuals.

General business records

We keep invoices, payment records and correspondence as needed to run the company and meet tax and statutory record-keeping requirements.

3. Training programme registrations

What we collect

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • College or organisation name
  • Payment status for the programme (paid / pending / refunded)

Why we collect it

  • Registration — to enrol you in the correct batch
  • Payment — to confirm your fee has been received and to process a refund if one becomes due
  • Batch communication — to send joining details, schedules, session links, materials and announcements
  • Attendance — to record which sessions you attended
  • Case-study evaluation — to review and give feedback on the work you submit
  • Certificates — to issue a completion certificate where you qualify for one

Who else handles training data

  • Video platforms Zoom, Google Meet hosting live online sessions

These providers handle your data under their own terms and privacy policies. We share only what each one needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

We keep training registration records — including attendance, case-study submissions and certificate records — for 2 years from the end of the batch. After that we delete them or remove the details that identify you, except where we are required to keep financial records for longer.

4. Payments

Eeshaanvi does not store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI credentials, net-banking logins and similar details are entered on the gateway's systems, not ours. What we receive back is a confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, along with a reference number and the amount.

5. Who else processes your data

We share personal data only where there is a reason to, and only to the extent needed. The categories are:

  • Service providers who operate parts of our service on our behalf — payments, video sessions, registration administration, email, file storage, website hosting
  • Professional advisers such as our accountants or auditors, where needed
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for someone else's advertising.

6. How long we keep data

  • Website enquiries: 1 year from enquiry
  • Training registrations and related records: 2 years from the end of the batch
  • Consulting engagement records: 2 years from the end of engagement
  • Invoices, tax and statutory records: for as long as the applicable law requires

7. How we protect data

We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, use access-controlled accounts and reputable service providers, and avoid collecting information we do not need. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable care, and if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you what we know and what we are doing about it.

8. Your choices and requests

You can ask us to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
  • Stop sending you marketing or non-essential emails

Email contactus@eeshaanvi.com with your request and enough detail for us to identify your records. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We aim to respond within 2 days.

Please note: if you ask us to delete your training records, we may no longer be able to confirm your attendance or reissue your certificate.

9. Cookies and website analytics

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the site work.

10. Our approach to the DPDP Act, 2023

We have written this policy with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind. In practice that means we try to collect only what we need, tell you why we are collecting it, use it for the stated purpose, keep it no longer than necessary, and give you a straightforward way to ask questions or make requests.

This is a description of how we work. It is not a claim of legal compliance, and it is not a certification or endorsement by any authority.

11. Children

Our services are intended for adults and for learners aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe we have, contact us and we will remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or providers change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be notified to registered learners by email where appropriate.
